What do I want my customers to feel?

The 5th question in my series of "what every brand should ask themselves" is: What I want my customer's to feel?


Honestly? My ultimate goal is to be in that rarified air. I want Buttawear to be extremely valued and highly respected. Known for quality (Still working on that) genuineness, and pride. I want to be the best of the best. For people to feel good when they think of and wear anything associated with the brand.




To instill the same sense of confidence any of the top brands or your favorite garment gives you when you wear it. Thats the goal, and thats what I will continuously strive towards.. otherwise whats the point?


At least thats how I feel about it.
