Buttawear is an all inclusive brand. If you can identify and resonate with the human condition and all that it entails, then this brand is for you. If love is your driving force that keeps you going when all other resources have been exhausted, then this brand is for you.
We all have our own mountains to climb, our own battles to fight, and fires to put out. We come from different places, backgrounds, and cultures. What transcends all of these differences is the human condition. That is the one thing we all have in common.
In short, it is all of the characteristics and key events that compose the essentials of human existence, including birth, growth, emotion, aspiration, conflict, and mortality.
My specific set of experiences, viewpoints and choices have brought me to this point currently and staying true and authentic to that is the core of what Buttawear stands for.
Attached is a story board of Buttawear, a visual representation of influences and evolution which run consistent with our core values. Again, this is just one slice of a larger pie. As the brand evolves I would like to know what is "Butta" from YOUR perspective? Maybe you could also do a story board, submit it, and we can see how the end product turns out?! Lofty goals, I know, but why not shoot for the moon, right?
I have always been interested in seeing perspectives of life through lenses different than my own, learning and growing, while at the same time staying true to who I am, never forgetting where I come from and the lessons that got me here. I believe everyone benefits when this takes place.
