I originally was going to theme this week's blog toward my favorite hip hop artist of all time: The Notorious B.I.G aka "Biggie." The anniversary of his untimely demise is March 9th.
But then I was reminded that "Whoa," March 8th is officially International Women's Day! Man, would I be remiss if I did not officially acknowledge my love and appreciation for the women that have had/are still having an impact on my life, and have seen me through some particularly trying times. No matter what kind of vibe the rest of the world is on, NONE of us would be here without women.
The women in my life give me strength, purpose, and above all, a love that is unmatched save God above! As a man “from Mars,” I agree that they may in fact be “from Venus,” and are therefore a perpetual mystery to me, but they are certainly amazing beings capable of achieving anything and everything as well as, if not better than, I ever could!
So, thank you for existing, I appreciate you all, and it's always all love.
